I think your last image with the man who keeps punching himself to get the gold from his nose, is you. But I am sure you already knew that.
I found the Hi Neil Young to be poignent but only because of your commentary about wanting to communicate with him.
This shows your desire to be amongst the creative elite and your frustration with this process. You are literally forced to make a prehistoric lntaligo with lawn chairs in a magic ritual to somehow conjure communication with such an individual. In analysis I see this is your own frustration with your own creative mind, and the seperation you feel from yourself. Neil Young is YOU and you are trying to communicate with yourself.
Cheers~

P.S
Your art is “you” working out your own issues. This Improved Living Center is just another example of your mind twisting around your own feelings about capital, business and the elite. Your intelligence makes you a player in the business world. Your conscience makes you create artwork which deconstructs that business world. The two DO NOT have to be in conflict. As business like Whole Foods and Google have shown, the future of business is green, it has to be. This deconstruction is getting old. What we need is people as smart as you working toward an organic synthesis that uses both commerce and consciousness to really improve the world. Not just make a deconstructionist statement about it. You are wasting all of our time. Look to the stars Marc and really get to the heart of who you are, stop hiding, stop pedaling your intelligence to those who are also hiding in deconstruction. Make something NEW happen.
Stop worrying about money. Money is a very good thing. The more you have the more work you can do in the world. The business world has a very important role in all of our lives. As does the perspetive of equality, human rights, planetary concern. I am asking you to look beyond both the business and the green world and see what is next…climb higher up the ladder Marc, I know you can do it.
Much love,
Brit
